I am currently a PhD student in Linguistics and Cognitive Science at the University of Arizona. Prior to this, I obtained my master degree in Evolution of Language and Cognition at the University of Edinburgh. Learning experience at Edinburgh makes me interested in language evolution and human cognition. I also view many things through linguistic and evolutionary lenses. For me, even prion can be considered a functionless degenerative language with a minimal cost of production.
My reseach interest lies in understanding human cognitive bias in language learning and processing as well as the difference between individual behavior and population behavior. I am also interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
